Maybe you’re not lost. You’re just holding a lot.

You might be getting on with things, showing up, keeping going… but inside it feels noisy, uncertain or hard to hear your own voice.

You might feel:

  • Overwhelmed by decisions

  • Stuck in overthinking

  • Doubting yourself more than you’d like

  • Quietly questioning who you are or what you want

Nothing dramatic has happened and yet something doesn’t feel fully settled.

You don’t have to work it out alone. This is often the point where coaching begins.

My approach is non-directive. I won’t tell you what decisions to make or push you toward quick answers.

Instead, I create a calm, structured space where we slow things down. A space where you can untangle your thoughts, notice what’s underneath the noise and begin to hear yourself more clearly.

My role isn’t to give you answers, it’s to help you reconnect with your own.

Sessions are steady, reflective and grounded. There is no pressure to fix or prove anything. We move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Clarity doesn’t come from forcing it. It often comes when the noise quiets and self-trust begins to rebuild.

My path into coaching grew from a deep interest in how we make decisions and sit with doubt when things don’t feel clear. I’ve always been drawn to the quieter, honest conversations (the ones where we slow down enough to really hear ourselves).

I am currently completing an accredited Diploma in Integrative Coaching and work with professional supervision.
